If you’re here, you’re probably someone who sets the bar high. A performer, an athlete, or a high achiever who’s great at pushing through — but you might be feeling the early signs of burnout, dealing with anxiety under pressure, or wanting to lift your performance without losing yourself in the process.

My work blends mindset work, clinical psychology, and performance psychology, with individualised strategies that help you sharpen your focus, protect your energy, and feel more you in the middle of all the pressure.

There are two ways we can work together — free or structured. Let’s find what actually supports you.

Pathway 1: The Walking Session Crew (Free)

If you prefer a self-guided approach or want tools you can use in your own time, the Walking Session Crew is the perfect place to start.

  • Free weekly walking audios to help you reset your mind while you move

  • Journal prompts that cut through the noise and bring you back to yourself

  • Guided reflections designed for high performers who need structure without pressure

  • A supportive space for people who think better on their feet and want movement-based mindset tools

  • Zero commitment — come and go as you need

Pathway 2: 1:1 Remote Sessions (Application Only)

This is a structured, six-session program for high performers who want personalised support, accountability, and practical tools that create real change.

All sessions are held via telehealth, giving you the freedom to join from anywhere.

Program Details

  • 6 x 90-minute sessions, scheduled weekly or fortnightly within a 10-week period

  • Review at Session 6 to determine ongoing needs

  • Blends clinical psychology, performance principles, and mindset coaching, giving you both evidence-based strategies and real-world, individualised tools you can use immediately

  • Access through Medicare, Private Health, or self-funded sessions

Program Expectations 

  • You must be ready to attend all 6 sessions at your chosen time within the 10-week window

  • The work is structured, practical, and action-oriented

  • While the program is performance-focused, we will also address any individual mental health needs you’re dealing with — the work is tailored to you

  • Not all applications are accepted — we prioritise alignment, readiness, and commitment

Fees & Rebates

  • Full session fee: $348.95

  • Medicare rebate (2026): $98.95 per session

  • Estimated out-of-pocket: $250 per session

  • Private health rebates may also apply depending on your fund

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan.
 

The APS recommended fee for a standard 46–60 minute consultation for 2025–2026 is $318, so this program reflects a premium, high-value service.
