Meet Maz

Founder & Psychologist

Maz is the Founder of Walking Session. She pioneered Walk and Talk Therapy locally in the Illawarra, as well as Internationally teaching other Therapists this style of therapy.

Maz holds a BA in Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Wollongong University and has completed her Master of Science (Sport Psychology) at California Southern University.

Maz is passionate about hollistic psychology and looking at a person as a whole. She believes that you are the expert on you. She believes that your potential starts with a niggle and knowing that things could be different, that life could be different, And then being brave enough to take that first step, sometimes literally!

Maz works with various presentations including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Postpartum Mood Disorders, Sport Psychology, Career Coaching and age groups from teens onwards.
