About Brianna
I am passionate about the mind-body connection and how it can help us understand the patterns that keep us stuck. Through this lens, I work collaboratively and holistically with my clients to develop internal safety and reconnection to themselves. I prioritize creating a warm, nurturing, empathic, and supportive space for self discovery and growth. And what better place to do this than while out in nature, walking!
In my personal time, I enjoy:
-
Hiking
-
Kayaking
-
Running
-
Cozing up with a book
-
Being in nature •
-
Spending time with my friends and family
-
